Such great stay, exceptionally comfortable place. Stayed in a perfectly clean and en suite room with a compact bathroom.

Really enjoyed the fact that we chose it, will be back. The breakfast choices are delicious and marvellous with vegetarian option and great views, for example. The staff are excellent and amiable as well as the owner.

We walked everywhere, the location was marvellous and lovely, in Lake District generally. The personnel was amiable, and the host too. Double room was fashionable and new-fashioned with a view.

Had GREAT 2 nights here. The breakfast was amazing and lovely, variety of lovely food. The room we had included cable channels, coffee/tea making equipment and ironing facilities. The service was brilliant with parking on street. Also, free Wi-Fi was provided in the rooms. The location was central, favourable close to the town center.

Loved staying at the well-appointed room with nice views. The hotel was in a magnificent location near to Latrigg, cafes and shops and multiple bus stops. The staff was really helpful providing assistance.

The rooms were immaculately clean, especially those with tea, nice views, for example. There was a wide range of lovely meals. The location was marvellous and stunning in a very nice area, close enough to shops to pop into, the surrounding area, and the centre of Keswick and Derwent Water.

Had 2 days in Keswick, spending our time here lovely. Amiable and accommodating staff, gave a lot of information. The food was fine and there were plenty of dishes in the menu. The location was great, close to Keswick town centre! Moreover, it was next to the lake, pubs, restaurants, cafes and a beautiful park and brook.
